A seasoned performer based in Liverpool, Jack Taylor has played over 500 gigs worldwide, with standout shows in Nepal and Brazil, as well as supporting Mark Lettieri at District Liverpool.
Influenced by artists such as Carlos Santana, Pat Metheny, John Scofield & Snarky Puppy, his music combines emotive melodies with ambient textures, jazz harmony and intricate grooves.
Jack is also a dedicated educator and holds teaching positions at University of Chester, Leeds Arts University, BIMM University and WaterBear The College of Music and has also conducted workshops and masterclasses at LIPA, Kathmandu Jazz Conservatory (Nepal) and Federal University of São João del-Rei (Brazil).
Jack is currently focused on releasing new material with his band, building on the success of his debut release, 'Songs For You'.
