Jack Taylor is a performer and songwriter based in Liverpool, UK. 

Influenced by artists such as Pat Metheny, John Scofield, Radiohead & Sigur Ros, his music combines emotive melodies with ambient textures, jazz harmony and intricate grooves. 


In April 2022, Jack released his debut instrumental guitar album ‘Songs For You’. ‘Songs For You’ was met with a warm reception from many well-regarded musicians in the Jazz community, including John Wheatcroft and Dr Matt Warnock.

After releasing ‘Songs For You’, Jack began to take his recorded material to the stage with the backing of musicians Mark Hooper (Drums), Mat Vickers (Bass), Jack O'Hanlon (Guitar), and Jack Beacall (Keys). 

Playing numerous venues in the North West, Jack has also supported GRAMMY award winner Mark Lettieri (Snarky Puppy, Fearless Flyers). Now, Jack looks to blend his inspirations from jazz, rock, funk, and ambient soundscapes, as he prepares to unveil new music in the upcoming year.
